The 2009 Season of Hope performance series, “A Gift From the Heart of San Jose” featuring local performing arts groups, will begin at St. Joseph Cathedral Basilica, Dec. 12, through Dec. 23. No admission is charged. Donations benefit the cathedral’s Office of Social Ministry, providing resources for homeless people throughout the year.
A one-hour performance each night, beginning at 7:30 p.m., highlights the 12 “Days Before Christmas” with an eclectic mix of music for the entire family. Dates and performance groups include:
